Meet the Team

Rob Horner

Rob Horner is a Technologist, Computer Scientist and Educator. With a life long insterest in technology, he has worked in the field of computers for 20 years. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult Technology Education from Bowling Green State University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Franklin University. He has worked in a number of areas from computer progamming, systems administration, network administration, higher education. As a self proclaimed technophile and problem-solver, Rob loves anything and everything tech and the challenges that come along with it. His philosophy is to help people move past the fear and mystery of technology in order to harness its capabilities. He also understands that sometimes people want "things to just work". Rob lives in Great Barrington Massachusetts with his wife, two children and Aunt. When he's not playing with some new gadget, Rob likes to watch super hero movies with his kids, cook out on the slow-smoker, and play video games on the PC.

Ken Benson

Graphic Designer/Web Designer
Ken Benson is a freelance graphic designer and web designer. As owner of Pegasus Type, Ken has more than 25 years experience designing and composing books and other print media. He has a degree in Communications from Hofstra University and recently completed a degree in Computer Science from Hudson Valley Community College. Changes in the field of graphic design have been good for Ken: "The best thing about my job is that there's always more to learn. Every day is a new challenge." Ken lives in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, with his wife and two children. When he's not at the computer, Ken enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and working on his woodpile.
